Day Retreat - Bath Yoga and Wellness

Join us for this day of wellness and healthy living. It's your chance to take a day for yourself and enjoy yoga, creative writing, meditation, self healing and more. The emphasis is on fun! It's a day to laugh and make new friends while exploring a little of what the world of wellness has to offer for personal development and self-healing. It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner who thinks a downward dog is a sad labrador or you're an old hand at headstands, all are welcome and every body is perfect.

The schedule for the day is as follows:

  • 10:30am – 11am Welcome drinks and orientation
  • 11am – 11:45am Energizing Yoga Flow
  • 11:45am – 12:30pm Healing words - the power of creative writing
  • 12.30am - 1.30pm Lunch break
  • 1.30pm -2pm - Kundalini yoga 
  • 2pm - 2.45pm - Vision and goal-setting activity
  • 2:45pm – 3pm - Tea break
  • 3pm – 3:45pm Hatha Yoga
  • 3:45pm – 4:15pm Yoga Nidra (guided meditation and relaxation)
  • 4.15pm - 4.30pm Tea or coffee, chat and goodbyes
