Dates: 4pm, Sunday 5th November - 9am, Friday 10th 

Location: ‘The Slate House’ Cornwall, PL27 7HZ,  40 minutes walk along the camel trail to Padstow

Cost: from £499 - £979 depending on room type, all students will enjoy full board of detox juices, soups and smoothies. Access to our onsite hot-tub and gym, and a full but restful schedule of yoga, meditation, creative activities, and healing therapies. You will be able to relax in luxury and do as much, or as little as you like!

The Detox

Some detox retreats offer 3 daily juices, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a wonderful detox, but I am aware that autumn in England can be cold and grey - and sometimes we need more warmth and satiating than juice alone! So I have devised a detox programme with a little more cosy, hygge feel! Expect fresh organic juice first thing after our sunrise yoga class, a satisfying smoothie for lunch, a warming soup for dinner, and to wind down the day, after a restful gentle yoga and meditation session, you’ll enjoy a warm cup of nut milk to cozy up with before bed :D (or midnight dip in the hot tub, all options are open to you!)

This will also be an opportunity to partake in a ‘digital detox’ so I strongly encourage you to leave laptops at home, and please keep mobile use to a minimum. This will not only make the space more peaceful for the whole group but help you focus more wholly on your experience without distraction or work, social media, news, videos of cats etc etc.

The Slate House

I spend weeks scouring the country for all the very best houses for each retreat I run because I know it can make all the difference between a nice retreat, and an amazing one. The Slate House is something very special, that I believe is perfect for an autumn retreat because it is both spacious and cosy. We can enjoy cozying up and/or brave a trip outside to soak in the hot tub, or get more energetic with a bike ride or walk along the camel trail, or a (gentle) workout in the home gym.

The Schedule

The focus will be on Yoga and Meditation, but you will also enjoy creative sessions to help inspire and connect with your goals. There will be free time for you to enjoy all the activities on offer in and around the house, and in nearby Padstow.
