The Moon is the largest and brightest object in our night sky, and Earth’s only natural satellite has enchanted and inspired mankind since time immemorial. Every 29.5 days we are treated to the view of a full moon (weather permitting!) this is when the Moon is completely illuminated by the Sun’s rays. It occurs when Earth is directly between the Sun and the Moon.
We love to read a success story: Arianna Huffington, Deliciously Ella, Madeleine Shaw, Anita Roddick, Malala Yousafzai, JK Rowling to name just a few. I’ve no doubt each one would tell you that they didn’t reach success without certain types of people in their lives; success is always in part down to our networks and the people that will help us along our path.

What is meditation?
To cultivate focused attention, turning away from ‘autopilot state’ or what Buddhists refer to as ‘monkey mind’ — you may well be familiar with this sensation, of thoughts jumping around like monkeys from tree to tree.
